Ian Polos (New Balance)
He has received assistance from Runner's Sole for a couple of years now. His specialty is 1500 meters and longer on the track. One of the top BC runners in his age group and a member of the Kamloops track and field club. Ian is looking to improve on his current times, with personal bests within his reach in 2009. He is currently an honor roll student at St. Ann's Academy. He is definitely one to watch for in the future.
As a staff member of Runner's Sole you will find Monica all over Kamloops doing triathlons, running, biking and even at the Blazers' games cheering on her son, Mark. In 2008 Monica will be doing the Oliver 1/2 Ironman Triathlon and many more. Monica trains with a group called Chicklets, with Runner's Sole. You can also find Monica at the basketball court cheering on her beautiful daughter, Kyla. You will always find her helping out others to achieve their goals, big or small. Her lifestyle is to stay fit and healthy. She says, "Enjoy life to the fullest!!"

Nicole has been cross country skiing since she was 6. As a member of the Overlander Ski Club, her goals are to place in the top 4 through the 2008-09 season.by improving her individual times, and to maintain a position on the BC Talent Squad. Eventually she hopes to become a member of the BC Development Team. Nicole includes running in her training program.
He is a 13 year old male with an excitement for athletics. He enjoys any kind of challenging activity from running, hiking, road or mountain biking, and water sports. He is a member of the Kamloops Track and Field Club and competes in middle distance events and also cross country running. Triathlon is also a large part of his training and he has 3 events planned for the 2009 season.
She is a member of the high performance throwing group being coached by the renowned Dr. Bondarchuk. Her specialty is the hammer throw. The 2009 season will be busy with meets,pushing her to new personal bests. She is looking to compete for Canada in the London Olympics and is dedicated to pursuing her goals.You can find Megann at the TCC personal training when she is not training herself.
Chris is a multi-national medalist in cross country skiing. He currently holds BC best-ever result at a world junior championships. While not on skis you will find him running the hills of Kenna Cartwright, Mountain biking, climbing and of course helping you get fit properly in the store.Chris is also the Head coach of the Overlander ski club. Training the up-and-coming racers and leading the Ski School.
