The staff at Runner's Sole are extensively trained in fitting feet. They practice what they preach, running / multi-sport outdoor enthusiasts. I have 2 beautiful children, Mark 16 and Kyla 12 and a great boyfriend Shawn Frain. Mark is playing hockey for The Kamloops Blazers and is loving it .We are very proud of Mark. To see him live his dream is very exciting for our family. Kyla has just finished Volleyball and is now into playing Basketball. Kyla has joined our team at Runners Sole and is enjoying it .Shawn is currently training for Ironman Canada and would love to qualify for Hawaii 2007. I am just trying to stay injury free and loving riding my bike.
