Belated thanks for your outstanding customer service to my husband, Red Williams and myself regarding his runners. We purchased them from Runners Sole, our salesman none other than yourself. They were returned subsequently exchanged sometime later way beyond a 30 day limit.
Red is very comfortable in this present pair. I think you know from both of us, he has not found a store in Kamloops which has been able to meet the needs of his feet, nor a person with your knowledge of shoes, runners and working with clients. (I've worked on both sides of the fence in the service industry and the profession field)
Again, we appreciate Runners Sole's commitment to customers and thank you for everything. We also hope you were not to take a loss on the returned runners.
