Copper Island Swim

The Copper Island Swim taking place at the Shuswap Lake Provincial Campground in Scotch Creek, BC. has been scheduled for Saturday, September 7, 2024.The 2024 event will include 2 distances. The 2.6km swim will take swimmers out to the stunning Copper Island and back. The 5km event (water support paddlers mandatory ) will have swimmers out to the Island, around the Island and back to the beach.
If you know a paddler ( Kayak / SUP ) bring them along! Better yet, encourage them to volunteer! Volunteer link below.
Participants are encouraged to stay for the weekend by camping at the Shuswap Lake Provincial Park. Reserve your spot as soon as possible; in order not to miss out.
