Enjoy some desert trails in Lac Du Bois Grasslands Park in Kamloops, BC.

The trails run thru the grasslands offering beautiful views of the Thompson river valley and the City of Kamloops. This area has fun single track trails, rocky sections and is surrounded by beautiful sage brush. Make sure to stay on trail or you may find some cactus! The birds and deer will be out to cheer you on as you find your way to the finish line! This run is accessed by a shuttle.
