Kamloops Spring Triathlon Presented by Runners Sole

The Kamloops Spring Sprint is our longest running race in Kamloops.
This triathlon is suited for athletes of all levels, from new to seasoned. It will be held once again at Westsyde Pool and Fields in Kamloops, BC.
This event will allow athletes to participate as an individual or as a relay team.
Sprint: 600 m Swim / 20 km Bike / 5 km Run
