KTC Indoor Triathlon

This year’s format utilizes a pool swim, smart trainer ride (virtual racing mode) and indoor track run over the Super Sprint distance. Join the high speed racing! Also added this year, a youth Aquathon (Swim-Run)!
This is the ONLY sanctioned indoor triathlon in BC and one of only a couple indoor events in Canada.
Registration options:
- Individual – Ages 19+
- Individual – Youth ages 12-18
- Team Relay (Teams of up to 3 people, each doing a different portion of swim, bike, run)
- Aquathon – Youth ages 4-11
Race Distances:
Ages 12+ Aqua Run – Ages 4 – 11
Swim: 300m Swim: 35m
Bike: 10km Run: 300m
Run: 2km
Registration ends: Wednesday, January 8, 2025
Pre Race Brief: Wednesday, January 8, 2025 @Tournament Capital Center (TCC) Fieldhouse – Upstairs, Room C & D 6-7pm
Bike Drop off: Saturday, January 11, 2025 *Between 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Racing begins: Sunday, January 12, 2025 8am (heats throughout the day; start times to be published on Thursday evening January 9, 2025)
