Where do you Ship?
We are currently only shipping within Canada

What are you Shipping Rates?
All orders ship at a flat rate of $15.00
Expedited shipping is available for a flat fee of $40.00

When can I expect my order to arrive?
Your order will ship within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays), provided all items are in stock. You will be notified as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow up to 7 days for your shipment to arrive. Expedited shipping will allow your package to arrive in 3 days.

Who do you ship with?
All orders are shipped via Canada Post, unless otherwise specified. If you refuse any shipment from Runners’ Sole, you are still responsible for the original shipping. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Runners’ Sole Return Policy

We want you and your feet to be happy! Our 14 day return policy ensures that your new shoes get a fair shake. As long as they are worn inside only and are clean, they and the original box can be returned along with your receipt any time within those 14 days for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. This applies to clothing and accessories as well. Clothing must not have been worn and must be returned with the original tags.

Customers that need to return product are responsible for the shipping charges. If the product you received was incorrect, Runners’ Sole will cover all shipping costs necessary to correct the error. Customers must provide tracking numbers on products that have been returned.

Sale Taxes

Sales tax will be applied automatically during the checkout process. Customers will be charged 5% GST and a 7% BC provincial sales tax.
